Return & Cancellation

At our website, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel or return an order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers, while also maintaining a fair policy for all parties involved.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and we will process the cancellation promptly.

  • If you need to return an order, customer need to raise return request within 2 days from the date of delivery through email or call.Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our address. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your website wallet inform of store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our site. Please note that the refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price, minus any shipping fees or other applicable charges. Refund for customers who made payment through snapmint will be given in original form of payment after deducting shipping and Product handling charges.

  • Please be sure to carefully inspect all items upon receipt ( We advice you to make unboxing video of product )  and contact us within 2 days if you notice any defects or other issues. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
